Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Ads Inventory Management, Pricing & Planning, and/or Advertising Strategy
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Google Sheets & Excel; SQL skill is a plus.

- A strong attention to detail and an eye toward using the 80/20 rule to address problems
- Proactive and works independently, thriving in a fast-paced, always-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships with XFN stakeholders

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to present complex analyses to executives/senior management
- Very strong project management, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and optimization of standardized business reporting for key stakeholders, ensuring actionable insights that support both short-term operations and long-term strategic goals.
- Establish and refine core metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business performance and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering (DSE) and Product teams to define reporting and data visualization requirements, ensuring alignment across tools for enhanced decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional Revenue and Yield Analytics teams to design reporting structures and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze transactional data to uncover trends and insights that drive business performance and inform strategic planning.
- Drive the development of a unified data infrastructure with DSE to ensure consistent access to data across Finance & Strategy (F&S) and cross-functional teams, promoting seamless integration and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is highly preferred
