Requirements
- Previous experience in a production role where you’ve managed high-quality art planning
- Production experience and the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure scenarios
- Excellent organizational skills and highly efficient time management
- Ability to build strong partnerships at every level
- Understanding of dependency-driven pipelines, scheduling and asset tracking, and project management practices and tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple art discipline leads/directors to drive high-velocity, high-impact development cycles successfully, balancing short-term needs and long-term vision
- Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines
- Act as a tactical partner by helping to drive forward roadmap initiatives, including feedback collection, requirements gathering, initiative build-out, feature breakdown, estimations, capacity tracking, and resourcing to drive a solid roadmap that achieves defined strategic product goals
- Collaborate with producers and other disciplines on the development teams’ needs to complete initiatives. Communicate frequently and proactively to highlight progress, risks, and mitigations
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for reviews and approvals on collaborative projects
