Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior Marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for product commercialization, brand planning, messaging, and communications
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns and innovation programs
  • Experience in creative / media development and execution and new product launches
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Reading and writing in French would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of Ninja brand strategies that align to overall business goals and objectives
  • Work cross functionally to define product pricing and placement strategy
  • Understand positioning, competitive landscape and market / consumer needs
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Creative Services and Marketing Services (media, PR, retail marketing) teams to develop and execute brand building communication strategies and go-to-market plans including, PR, collateral and social / digital
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Product Development, Brand Marketing and Creative teams on the localization and translation of all marketing materials for our Canadian SKUs
  • Communicate product value proposition to the sales team and partner with SS&A to deliver a compelling sell story
  • Conduct post evaluation and analysis of activities and performance, recommending improvements and evolutions of future brand marketing and commercial initiatives
  • Support development and implementation of best practices and proven success drivers across all consumer and customer touchpoints
  • Develop creative briefs for consumer and retailer facing messaging, manage creative reviews and ensure execution delivers on the right consumer insights and product benefits

  • Ability to mine, analyze data and draw compelling conclusions
