Requirements
- BS or BA Degree
- Experience performing analysis in Excel and producing reports required
- Experience with Microsoft Analysis Services cubes / SQL Server desired
- Experience with Microsoft VBA in Excel is critical
- Experience with Microsoft Power Query (Excel or Power BI) desired
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and organization skills
- Ability to take initiative and handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of data sources for use in reporting and analyses
- Leverage Excel to produce and deliver recurring exchange usage reports
- Utilize Excel & PowerPoint to perform and present a variety of both periodic and ad-hoc data analyses on Eze Market Data
- Build, update, and maintain various platforms for knowledge sharing amongst members of the team and across the organization
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships throughout the global organization, including Client Service, Legal, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Sales
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Develop strong knowledge of Eze Market Data and global exchange products
- Partner with Eze Market Data Product Management and R&D to ensure compliance with exchange requirements and internal systems standards
- Review and improve upon existing team processes, procedures, and tools for Eze Market Data Management
- Review, catalog, and socialize circulars and notices to ensure compliance with exchange policies and guidelines
- Work with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve Exchange invoicing issues, market data pass-through variances, and discrepancies
- Analyze current and future subscriber and license fees to ensure accuracy in implementation and invoicing
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience within market data products/analysis/regulation is preferred
- Financial services / technology industry preferred but not required
