Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel expertise required.
- Strong experience with Power BI and SQL strongly preferred.
- Strong history of working with contracts and contract negotiations.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Complete requests for set-up of supplier/vendor data regarding GPO and member agreements.
- Work with the category managers to validate spending and reporting for each contract.
- Ensure contract compliance by obtaining appropriate documentation from suppliers/vendors.
- Assist with contract bid preparation, reviewing and expediting contract amendments.
- Review architectural specifications and prepare supplier alignments for use in validating and tracking client and Vizient contract utilization for direct and 3rd party spend for facility operations and construction initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project work plans by identifying, tracking, and validating savings and revenue achieved through program engagement.
- Provide support to consultants and category managers on member engagements including research, development of presentations, meeting preparation, status report preparation, issue identification and tracking/updating project budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
