Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, contract administration, or insurance follow-up preferred
- Strong understanding of property insurance policies and claims processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Experience with operations contracts and vendor management
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and administration of vendor insurance policies, including follow-up on claims and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and related documentation
- Manage and oversee operations contracts, including vendor agreements, maintenance contracts, and service agreements
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with property management and legal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on insurance and contract activities
- Assist with other property management tasks as needed, including lease administration and resident inquiries
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting property insurance and contracts
