Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a design leader— with an emphasis in product marketing creative preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Visual Communications, Design, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
- Full proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead a talented team to create beautifully crafted and inspired solutions that will thrive within the Pinterest product experience.
- Be a close strategic creative partner to cross-functional partners (Marketing, Creative, Insights, Analytics, Product Design and Engineering) to deliver outstanding creative work for global audiences.
- Compellingly represent the thinking behind your team’s work and engage in related strategic discussion + decision-making with key stakeholders, creative directors and team members.
- Maintain and manage consistency of our brand design and brand voice across in-product marketing.
- Leverage data and creative insights to optimize + determine ways to improve strategy, messaging and overall creative solutions.
- Craft compelling stories, using key insights to “sell” concepts and make our message as powerful and influential as possible.
- Partner with campaign creative teams to bridge in-product and global off-platform initiatives.
- Oversee team resourcing and work closely with producer partners to manage project timelines.
- Create an inclusive environment where people can do their best work possible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for Product UI, driving product feature adoption + education.
