Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer success or strategic account/partner management
- Growth mindset; willingness to work with uncertainty and in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and customer service
- Work with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions tailored to their goals
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, trends, and insights
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Account management, strategy, and/or operations
- Previous experience working with platform partners to drive onboardings and growth
- Strong attention to detail and analytical; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate degree (i.e. BA/BS) preferred
