Requirements

  • Degree in related discipline along with 7+ years’ experience in access control management; advanced Excel knowledge and experience
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Strong relationship management and managerial skills dealing with all parts of platform and all levels of senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Accurately defines problems and identifies relevant factors while objectively considering alternatives and anticipating the impact of possible solutions
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-driven, takes initiative, a self-starter
  • Financial or banking domain experience

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and manage the design, development and implementation of solutions required to support technology risk initiatives
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing access controls
  • Participation in managing application onboarding, re-onboarding, decommissioning and exemptions to the CMACS inventory including current state assessment, analysis of recommended end state, ensuring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verifications (PIV) are performed
  • Manage the onboarding of applications to AACG’s centralized control for access provisioning
  • Manage and oversee team members in the effective and accurate performance of the functions within the team to deliver consistent, quality service and minimize risk
  • Work with functional groups across the organization (i.e.supplier management office, infrastructure teams, compliance, operational risk, application support teams,etc.) to create, document, and maintain operational processes; provide guidance, assistance and support to ensure applicable Standing Orders within
