Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently, with responsibility for financial and non-financial outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in engaging busy professionals and fostering a service-oriented culture.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.

- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years relevant experience alumni affairs, public affairs, events management, communications, development, fundraising or equivalent combination.
Responsibilities
- Establish and cultivate relationships with CLS alumni, students, faculty, staff, to inspire engagement.
- Develop, plan, market and execute virtual and in-person events that are meaningful to the alumni, meeting alumni where they are.
- Develop digital and virtual engagement strategies using platforms such as Zoom, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other innovative methods to connect with alumni.
- Identify and collaborate with graduating students to fundraise for their class campaign, partnering with the Law School’s Annual Giving team to ensure its success. Additionally, work to maintain the graduating students’ enthusiasm and encourage their continued involvement in the Cornell Law Young Professionals Network until their five-year reunion.
