Requirements
- Master’s degree in a STEM field
- At least 7 years of experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- 3+ years of managing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting
- Comprehensive experience in building and scaling large-scale data warehouses and lakes (Databricks, Snowflake) on cloud platforms (AWS)
- Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience developing BI platforms (Tableau, Domo, D3, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical data concepts into actionable business insights
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to collect, unify, enrich, and activate customer data across multiple channels
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines across lakehouses, data warehouses, and curated data marts
- Leverage first-party data and behavioral segmentation to drive tailored consumer experiences
- Build and maintain BI platforms and tools, ensuring seamless integration of curated datasets to support data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven personalization, leveraging machine learning models, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics
- Working knowledge of the emerging data privacy landscape, including data privacy laws, regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and privacy-by-design principles
