Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred
  • 7+ years of HR/Recruiting/Employee Relations experience
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to handle a variety of situations with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) or similar frameworks to align individual goals with company objectives.
  • Audit and refine total rewards programs, offering innovative benefits that appeal to high-growth startups.
  • Conduct risk assessments, meet legal standards, and adapt to industry-specific regulations like hybrid work policies.
  • Build analytics dashboards to track key metrics, align data insights with company goals, and forecast trends.
  • Lead recruiting efforts and build processes to identify and hire top talent while anticipating future needs.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Create learning & development opportunities and performance management programs with clear goals, promotions, and succession plans.
  • Drive a positive, inclusive culture with morale-boosting programs and team-building initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback, analyze turnover rates, and use exit interviews to improve retention and engagement.
  • Build initiatives focused on recognition, well-being, and meaningful connections.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in implementing HR technologies to streamline recruiting, performance tracking, and feedback collection, enabling scalability in fast-growth environments.
  • Experience leading organizational change during scaling, workforce reorganizations, or acquisitions, while preserving culture and alignment.
  • Expertise in developing and launching DEI initiatives tailored to the fashion and tech industries.
  • Skilled in creating crisis management strategies to sustain morale and engagement during uncertainty or business pivots.
  • Fierce interest in retail, consumer, technology, marketing, and innovation with a focus on future growth.
