Associate Director – Quality Capabilities

BA/BS in technical field or related area
10+ years of demonstrated experience in Quality, preferably in FDA or other highly regulated space
At least 2 years of experience outside of Quality (ie, cross-functional business experience, Supply Chain operations or R&D) or MBA
5+ years people management experience
Proven record of leading, developing, and managing quality improvement initiatives
ASQ or other applicable quality certification
Broad knowledge of quality applications, product development and manufacturing processes
Deep experience in quality systems and management
Strong understanding of QMS technology, including SAP S4/Hana
Ability to travel 10% of the time, as needed

Set vision and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce defects and enhance overall quality
Develop change management strategy and design and deliver training programs to equip organization with necessary knowledge and skills to achieve quality standards
Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure quality performance and track against specific goals
Provide people leadership and manage a team of direct reports
Conduct regular one-one-one and any other staff meetings to ensure timely communication with direct reports
Provide formal performance reviews and career development planning for all direct reports
Create strong training and development program within organization to deliver quality career pathways and robust succession plan

MBA preferred but not required
Experience defining, leading and delivering large-scale change management programs
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong written and verbal business communication skills
Proven relationship skills with proven ability to achieve sustainable partnerships and internal and external collaboration
Adaptable, curious, and comfortable with new technologies
Experience driving and developing Culture of Quality across different global regions
