Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, IT or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer comments to identify website issues on uline.com and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze user activity, website metrics and business trends.
- Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
- Document and perform weekly reporting tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
