Location: Hoboken, NJ
Reports to: Associate Finance Director – NA Overheads
Background & Purpose of the Job
Our finance professionals are aligned with Unilever’s key business processes and serve as strategic partners to bring an understanding of Finance, value creation and business drivers. They make recommendations and influence decisions that maximize value for the organization. They build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional partners to develop annual financial plans and ongoing forecasts for departmental expenses and headcounts.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Associate Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and ensuring the financial health of the organization. They will join our Controllers team and collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive profitability. The AFM serves as a full business partner to their team, bringing an understanding of Finance, value creation and business drivers.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
