Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in a software product management role, a plus if you have zero-to-one experience
- A proven ability to effectively plan measures of success, organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
- A proven ability to translate member insights into business strategy recommendations
- Ability to suffer the details
- Written and verbal communication, and presentation skills should be your super power
- Approach product management as an owner, understanding cross-functionally from ideation, execution, launch and beyond what is needed for a product to succeed
- Decision-making experiences demonstrating appropriate balance between thoughtful research and the need for timeliness
- A “can do” attitude and work towards bringing positivity and solutions to user problems
- Passion for crafting and creative content
Responsibilities
- Gather insights from numerous sources – metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirements
- Launch and manage A/B tests and their data results
- Working with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to market
- Working with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Search and/or Content Discovery and/or Content Personalization a plus
- Knowledge of CMS and/or SEO also plus
