Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access)
- 3 years experience in HR tactical role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Process Payroll utilizing WorkDay Timekeeper System
- Enforce compliance with company policy and procedures
- Support all company Safety policies and procedures
- Carries out a variety of HR programs
- Focus on employee engagement utilizing a variety of tools and activities
- Administration and tracking of all data going to the HR Service Center
- Participates in recruitment efforts including partnerships with temp agencies
- Leads employee events and recognition
- Strategically coordinates the use of temporary employees
- Leads the Onboarding process from job posting through orientations
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and share appropriate information to ensure team success
- Collaborates with HRBP peers and client groups across the organization
- Providing accurate admin support in relation to employee life cycle
- Train, coach, and develop employees.
