Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the edtech or software industry
- A high level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills
- Understanding of web applications; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Ability to accommodate various time zones is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing
- Conduct outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate Vocabulary.com’s value proposition to new users and to identify their requirements for the sales team
- Ensure the timely processing of leads and assist with and support sales campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities for the sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Conduct web application product demonstrations virtually using screen share technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus
- Ability to accommodate various time zones is a plus
