Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in revenue or business operations in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Direct experience in Sales or Success Operations and a background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a strong plus
  • Analytical and data-driven, mastery of analytical tools or ability to learn fast (e.g., Looker, SQL, Salesforce reports)
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, solid prioritization skills
  • Solid business sense and ability to drive insights from analysis
  • Results-driven, analytical yet empathic leader

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions for our GTM leadership globally
  • Develop performance tracking frameworks and insights to report to C-suite & GTM leadership
  • Frame & automatize weekly reporting dashboards for the GTM leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with our Marketing Operations, and Data & Systems teams
  • Contribute to implementing global transformation programs to deliver improvements to our GTM operating model, notably via implementing standard SaaS processes (e.g. Sales-Success handover, renewal & risk process)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR/BDR, Partnership, Account Executives, Customer Success and Systems team to optimize our use of Sales & Success tools (e.g. Salesforce, Chilipiper, Totango)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in strategy consulting or in investment banking a strong plus
