Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of compensation experience, preferably in a large, multinational, publicly traded organization
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Workday preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support the Total Rewards team with day-to-day requests, finance reporting, and global training/communications
- Serve as a central resource for Total Rewards Leads in each region, ensuring coordination and consistency
- Assist with the annual year-end compensation planning cycle, ensuring data integrity, system testing, and reporting
- Proactively identify and streamline processes within the Total Rewards team, documenting workflows and procedures
