Requirements
- Knowledge or experience with conjugation chemistry, antibodies, antibody conjugation, or antibody development
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or a related field
- Typically 7+ years of proven experience or master’s degree in biological sciences or similar field with 5+ years of highly proven experience, or a PhD in biological sciences or similar field with 0-5 years of proven experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of project management techniques and concepts as they apply to the drug development/pharmaceutical industry is highly desired
- Proficiency in relevant software and applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams
Responsibilities
- Execute management of projects and tasks with some guidance with awareness of internal and external interdependencies
- Identify and work with teams to resolve critical gaps, risks or issues, as related to assigned programs, projects and tasks
- Liaise between functional areas to facilitate project planning
- Provide team support including meeting logistics, as well as creation & maintenance of templates, best practices, tracking and monitoring tools
- Support cross-functional teams and lead program deliverables in a matrix organization; support and coordinate external collaboration meetings, tools & environment to advance key program deliverables
- Identify and understand key data/information required to drive decision & next steps through discovery and drug development process
- Create new processes with guidance, lead the development and gain alignment on process improvement solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Some experience with project management is a plus
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excel in team building, problem solving and communication
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies
- Balance multiple projects and priorities with excellent time management skills
