Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking, overseeing large scale transformation projects, successfully managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing Go-To-Market oriented projects is a plus.
- Ability to interact at any level of the organization, from software development teams to CEO.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

Responsibilities
- Scope & lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: take complex projects (typically, with 5+ teams involved across Go-To-Market & Product/Engineering teams), break them down into manageable pieces, drive collection of business and systems requirements, write specifications, elaborate project schedules from design to release, clarify roles & responsibilities, and coordinate design/implementation efforts.
- Act as a cross-functional PMO to deliver projects with expected quality & in a timely manner. Anticipate and make tradeoffs, balancing customer and business needs versus technical constraints.
- Report progress, anticipate bottlenecks & provide escalation management, interacting with team members up to C-suite.
- Provide ad-hoc thought partnership to VP Strategy & Ops on key topics.
