Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing program management, campaign execution, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with marketing software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing programs across various channels, including digital, email, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing programs, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliver.
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, prospecting events and industry events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end fulfillment, distribution and tracking of Tekion swag for prospects, customers and employees.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and external vendors to develop engaging marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, design, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for program improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in software technology or a technology-based company is preferred
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva, etc.
  • Experience managing agency or vendor relationships is a plus.
