Associate Occupancy Planner

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment
Proficiency with data analytics and Sheets and Excel
Proficiency with Google suites and experience utilizing Slides and PowerPoint
Critical thinking skill sets and the ability to tell a story through data
Excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal, written and visual and the ability to engage at all levels of leadership from administrative to executive level.
Ability to work independently, problem solve and navigate through ambiguity
Possess proactive mindset and contribute as a senior leader of the occupancy planning team
Working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
Highly organized and keen attention to detail
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed

Successfully manage client move request activity
Gather and evaluate business information, occupancy, and real estate market data
Provide support for presentations and requests for strategy recommendation
Real estate reporting for clients
Develop churn reports by department and building
Develop departmental and site space plans
Collect seating assignments from department managers and/or administrative assistants
Review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits with move coordination and facility management teams
Resolve campus/building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues with other members of the occupancy planning team

Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling and alternative workplace solutions programs
CAFM system and AutoCAD experience is preferred
