Requirements

• BA/BS required
• Minimum 3+ years prior work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a small group environment
• A high degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative attitude is a must

Responsibilities

• Support the portfolio management and trading teams’ operational workflows
• Review and validate incoming client trade and analysis requests
• Manage Salesforce-based request dashboards and workflows
• Assign client trade and analysis requests to Portfolio Managers and Traders
• Reply to diverse internal and external requests in a timely manner
• Effectively document and maintain operational processes
• Participate in projects to enhance and improve the client experience
• Work on projects to improve the automation and efficiency of the portfolio management and trading operational processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• Trade operations experience a plus
