Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and 1+ year of relevant technical experience OR a Master of Science Degree in Engineering, or related program
- A Bachelor of Technology Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant technical experience will also be accepted
Responsibilities
- Providing clear production assembly and test instructions to operations personnel to maintain efficient production. These instructions include formal work instructions, acceptance test procedures, engineering memos and electronic historical record (EHR) entries.
- Supporting the evaluation and implementation of equipment to meet production requirements for operations department
- Assuring and maintaining product integrity
- Tracking and improving key company and department metrics
- Providing direction and resolving issues via emails or other Moog processes
- Supporting evening and early morning teleconferences with the overseas Production Center, approximately two per week
- Travel overseas 2-3 times per year for up to three weeks per trip
- Product Engineers must periodically work additional hours to support program goals and product demand
