Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an associate product manager or data analyst, or equivalent experience working with quantitative and qualitative data.

- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
- Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions.
- Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry.
- Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Listen to customers’ calls 50% of your time to help understand common Nexamp customer problems.
- Learn about consumer-facing billing propositions and how internal tooling enables them.
- Tackle ad-hoc projects related to customer billing to gain context of the internal tooling ecosystem.
- Become a key liaison between CX and Product teams, supporting documentation of features and processes.
- Identify and understand key user problems, document them, and connect them to customer and business problems.
- Help build out the backlog by coordinating and performing user interviews, concept/usability testing, observation sessions, and diving into data via business intelligence tools.
- Help develop business cases to invest in certain capabilities by leveraging data and qualitative insights.
- Communicate findings and research to align teams on the right problems to solve.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, internal stakeholders, and other product managers to develop solutions.
- Translate high-level solutions and designs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Track and report on product health metrics and feature performance.
- Run agile ceremonies (project kickoffs, standup, grooming, retro).
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL fluency highly desirable.
