Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Knowledge in Digital Ad Stack and CTV Media Advertising
  • 3+ years of experience in ad products, digital advertising, self-serve platforms, creative platform or Al/ML driven moderation automation – Product, operations, business or engineering background is preferred
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features and workflows
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity with the ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges
  • A platform-first mindset and building products and experiences that can scale
  • Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your product
  • Based in New York or Boston with the ability and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

  • Defining product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications to enhance the Creative Asset Manager Platform and Creative Moderation Service
  • Working closely with the design, engineering, and QA teams to prioritize and deliver features aligned with the product roadmap
  • Supporting the development of the platform to automate and streamline creative workflows, asset management, and creative moderation at scale
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the needs for native ad formats and ensure the platform enables seamless integration and management of various ad creatives
  • Defining and building solutions for creative moderation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to build automated processes and machine learning models to assist in moderation
  • Gathering insights from product analytics and user feedback to prioritize feature improvements and measure the success of the platform
  • Monitoring product usage, tracking KPIs, and generating recommendations based on data analysis
  • Working closely with UX/UI designers to ensure that the platform is intuitive and provides a seamless user experience for ad creatives and moderation workflows
  • Ensuring that user needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable product improvements
