Requirements

  • 1+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and supply chain
  • Knowledge of digital catalog products and production processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Access, Visio, and SharePoint is a plus
  • Experience with UML or other process modeling tools
  • Ability to create wireframe diagrams is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in acquiring all automotive catalog content, including ACES, PIES, and digital asset content, and create process workflows for product features and production processes
  • Assist the Senior Product Requirement Analyst in researching competitors’ offerings and market penetration to produce reports that analyze competition and customers, conducting win-loss analysis
  • Support the Catalog Production Teams with all required communication with our manufacturers, retail partners, and large account customers
  • Assist product managers in creating and delivering promotional programs and presentations, assisting with white papers/collateral updates, and updating the internal product management repository
  • Learn our content customers’ overall business and provide lead generation services for other Epicor products and services to the appropriate sales teams
  • Submit product change requests and pricing updates under guidance from product managers, maintaining product data repositories and wikis, and helping maintain and manage release checklists and activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital catalog products and production processes is a plus
  • Experience with Access, Visio, and SharePoint is a plus
  • Experience with UML or other process modeling tools
