Associate – Product Strategist

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Government, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
Experience involving stock drivers including global financial markets, equity stock valuation, and equity investment implications
Understanding of whole portfolio construction and effects between different asset classes
Knowledge of Global Real Estate and Infrastructure stock drivers and their correlation with bond markets
Experience using FactSet and Bloomberg for data analysis
Ability to present equity portfolio/product and investment strategies internally
Experience in reporting client portfolio performance and onboarding new mandates
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Unix or Linux
Familiarity with Morningstar

Support the strategic plan for fundraising with a focus on Global Real Asset Securities
Develop and maintain product marketing and client content
Liaise with internal partners for brand and product development
Partner with distribution teams on fundraising and marketing execution
Prepare materials for presentation of investment opportunities to prospective clients
Manage team schedule and draft responses to RFPs and client diligence
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights
Respond to ad-hoc client requests for information and conduct investment analysis
Develop client-facing programs including portfolio review meetings and related communications
Address client investment-related, business and operational issues
