Requirements
- Associates Degree or Technical Trade School
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC or Construction Supervision
Responsibilities
- Participates in the management of projects, responsibilities include maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met.
- Participates in estimating costs, resources, and time required to complete projects.
- Gather data to monitor projects’ progress in terms of cost, schedule and technical specifications.
- Prepares plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to ensure that established targets are met.
- May identify and escalate project problems and supports resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Partners with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, or related technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Experience in project and construction environments is preferred.
