Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Working knowledge of Project Management processes and tools.
- Experience supporting and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion of a project.
- General understanding of CPG manufacturing processes with specific attention to food production.
- Ability to manage projects in a smooth and proactive workflow.
- Lead effective team meetings and customer review meetings.
- Lead problem identification and resolution.
- Understanding of artwork development and experience leading artwork approval processes.
- Ensure effective communication within a project team.
- Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented, strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with the team throughout all aspects of the product lifecycle phases, ensuring seamless on-time execution with achieved deliverables that are in line with internal stakeholders and customer expectations.
- Manage communications and process workflows across key departments to ensure efficient, accurate execution of initiatives.
- Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and that the broader organization is aligned with the status of key initiatives.
- Compile and distribute weekly meeting notes to all stakeholders with key updates to each respective project within the organization.
- Ability to set realistic goals for each project and manage performance against those goals.
- Identify potential risks within the project and proactively implement solutions to address these concerns.
- Analyze new RFQ project requests for accurate and thorough information, ensuring the project hits minimum volume requirements and other key criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the process is moving forward in an accurate and timely manner.
- Lead onboarding projects so that they meet the expectations of the customer, achieve internal objectives (ex. sales, volume, profitability), and meet committed timelines.
- Develop project plans including timeline development to ensure that all functions are aligned to the completion criteria.
- Lead offboarding projects to ensure customers are aligned to runout timing, material, and financial exposure is reduced to a minimum, and all items are appropriately disposed/deactivated.
- Recommend innovative solutions to business process challenges that streamline activities, reduce costs, and drive greater accuracy across the product lifecycle management process.
- Deliver measurement tools for ongoing processes that provide management visibility. Ex. Annual volume accuracy between RFQ and Onboarded projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- GDSN data pool experience a plus.
