Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Administrative experience with Everbridge Mass Communication, Risk Center, or Critical Event Management programs, Genetec
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
- Superior communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently on projects with supervisory oversight when necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist manager with the management of the uniformed security service provider
- Manages the enterprise access control and video management system program
- Assists manager with the Everbridge Mass Communication, Everbridge Risk Center, and travel safety programs
- Assists a team member with reviewing submitted reports, such as those involving incidents, investigations, and audits
- Works directly with employee-customers on socializing Corporate Security programs
- Perform administrative security tasks as required.
