Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience in development of brand business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the consumer packaged goods industry, retail channels and account specific marketing
  • Strong communication & influencing skills
  • Understanding of promotional tactics, process flow, execution and fulfilment processes
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of consumer behavior in this space
  • Creative thinking to approach things differently than historical plan
  • Attention to detail, planning and preparation
  • Highly organized; able to multi-task and communicate with numerous touch points
  • Able to identify and present new opportunities to Customer Development, Foods Leadership and our customers
  • Ability to fully collaborate with multiple stakeholders; is driven to achieve mutual objectives as one collective team

Responsibilities

  • Connect E2E planning for Condiments across Club, Target, and Value customers
  • Work with cross-functional partners and Shopper Marketing colleagues to ensure that Condiments priorities are embedded across customer plans
  • Lead Club planning at Club, Target, & Value channel customers, developing fully integrated plans that draft off the brands’ national demand creation efforts
  • Analyze, measure and optimize shopper marketing plans by understanding business results, shopper dynamics industry insights
  • Identify retail-specific business building opportunities to set the strategy for efficient and effective programming
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic thinking while building strong relationships with brand teams, CBD, cross-functional partners and the customer
  • Deliver annual planning for Club, Target, and Value customers, including writing agency briefs, customer presentations, agency guidance, creative reviews and program evaluation
