Associate – Stakeholder Relations

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of relevant experience in agriculture, construction, or development
Excellent solution-seeking, organizational, teamwork, leadership and communication skills which extend across numerous internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability in leadership of multi-disciplined teams
Strong public speaking and personal skills
Ability to write effective, concise reports
Ability to spend approximately 50% of time traveling
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future

Represent the project and/or Invenergy in meetings with county/municipal officials, landowners, and other local and state stakeholders
Understand and explain benefits of projects to host community members
Be responsive to community concerns throughout the construction process
Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders to communicate project updates leading up to and throughout the construction process
Collect and process feedback to proactively seek solutions when appropriate
Attend public meetings and present project updates
Internal reporting and progress tracking
Maintain database of communication
Thoroughly understand and communicate contract terms
