Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 3+ years’ experience managing, engaging and developing global Talent Acquisition teams
- Deep understanding of current and emerging talent acquisition trends
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools and technologies
- Experience working across cultures with local teams
- Ability to create globally scalable solutions with regional relevance
- Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through influence
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Ability to manage complex projects independently
Responsibilities
- Drive the full TA lifecycle – pioneering strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Define role profiles in collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs
- Proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent
- Develop creative and alternative external sources of talent
- Build strong relationships with executives, HRBP, and other stakeholders
- Develop and lead a recruitment team focused on quality, insight, delivery, speed, diversity, and advisory capabilities
- Hold teams accountable to KPIs while developing strategies to exceed goals
- Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that integrates cutting-edge AI technologies
