Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
- Advise new and existing clients on auto insurance
- Identify gaps in clients’ coverage
- Offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products
- Develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines
- Meet clear and achievable targets
