Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, and/or Associates Degree or Bachelors of Science in Automotive
- 3-8 years of practical work experience in the field
- ASE certifications are highly valued, but if not current, the company will pay for you to obtain them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching
Responsibilities
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Provide practical demonstrations for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing small engines
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones
- Guide and mentor students on their individual projects
- Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices
