Requirements

  • Project/Program Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with aviation sustainment, maintenance, and operations, including coordinating work across multiple departments.
  • Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management.
  • Ability to run advanced projects/programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, in a manner that is largely self-directed.
  • Excellent verbal and written ability.
  • A BS in related field.
  • A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding self and others to high standards, and being kind to others.

Responsibilities

  • Refine Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) definitions / standards for the V-BAT product line.
  • Support Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) analysis that enhances accurate sparing models.
  • Refine Level of Repair Analysis processes that identify and enhance qualitative and cost-effective V-BAT product line maintenance.
  • Support the refinement of organizational and depot level maintenance processes.
  • Develop relationships with vendor OEMs to identify potential in-house repair processes.
  • Work with the pricing team to help identify items which may be Beyond Economical Repair (BER).
  • Support and attend customer provisioning conferences.
  • Partner with Program Management to support international, domestic, and internal customer V-BAT Sustainment tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS in engineering
  • Previous leadership experience with a military maintenance organization
