Requirements
- 6+ years in commercial aircraft maintenance management, preferably on Boeing or Airbus fleets.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
- Experience with NALCOMIS OOMA and fleet performance tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation maintenance or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee line maintenance, heavy checks, and depot-level repairs.
- Ensure adherence to FAA Part 121/145, NAMP 4790.2D, and Technical Directives (TDs).
- Coordinate 24/7 AOG response teams and mobile repair units for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
- Supervise NALCOMIS OOMA work order tracking, aviation safety inspections, and FOD prevention.
- Develop maintenance cost reduction strategies while optimizing operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
