Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work varying hours, including split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for 24/7 on-call duty and corporate cellphone monitoring
- Willingness to travel

Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on security initiatives, focusing on aviation enhancements and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance security methodologies, and leverage technology for improved efficiency
- Independently conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, identifying violations in a detailed and professional manner
- Prepare and deliver professional, accurate, and comprehensive presentations to UPS management
- Analyze trends to develop preventive measures
- Assist in the development of Master Operating Plans for global operations
- Conduct regulatory compliance audits
