Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Health Care, Business Administration, and Finance or related.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience developing/managing health care programs and/or managed care operations required.
- Minimum of 4 years of supervision or lead responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with long-term organizational strategies.
- Optimizing efficiencies through strategic resource allocation.
- Establishing performance metrics for evaluation.
- Managing budgets to achieve financial objectives.
- Directing managed care programs.
- Monitoring contractual agreements with health plans and providers.
- Developing policies to maintain compliance.
- Overseeing inter-departmental operations.
- Resolving issues and collaborating on company projects.
- Supporting the VP of IPA Operations in monitoring operational impacts in response to market dynamics.
