Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, related business field with strong analytical and problem solving focus or in lieu of degree, 8 years equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years’ corporate finance (FP&A) experience.
Minimum of 2 years of financial modeling experience.

Build financial models & projections to support M&A and Ventures activities and decision making.
Construct detailed analysis and tools to support forecast for target companies based on the external data provided.
Support the M&A and Ventures processes through due diligence and project management.
Partner with FP&A to transition Strategic Initiatives (SI’s) for actuals tracking throughout the year and planning in the second half of the year.
Build the quarterly Ventures watchlist report by partnering with the Ventures team to collect quarterly financials of existing investments.
Support the Model Owner on Model Governance activities regarding the M&A model for quarterly ongoing monitoring and annual validation as well as any other ad-hoc analysis.
Prepare quarterly Payment Network reports for Visa and Mastercard the earnings cribs.
Support Strategy team on any financial requests.
Provide support for external advisor or target company due diligence meetings.
Provide other ad hoc analysis as needed on new/emerging corporate initiatives.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
