Requirements
- Knowledge of instructional design theory, including assessment
- Proficiency with managing LMS platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with design platforms and course management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey financial services material with new hires and tenured colleagues alike
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
Responsibilities
- Identifies strategic learning opportunities and leads creation/implementation of effective learning solutions
- Develops and updates both eLearning and Instructor Led material
- Reviews current Learning activities, assignments and assessments to ensure they are relevant
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop or update course material
- Developing Instructor’s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools
- Analyzes, updates, and refines existing content where needed
- Keeps current on best practices in instructional design
- Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users
- Surveys Facilitators to ensure material is working as expected
- Facilitate training when support when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design
- Experience using and managing an LMS
- Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative suite and Articulate 360/Storyline
- Prior Call Center and FinTech Services experience
