AWS Cloud Engineer

Proficient in AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
3-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and services
Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and CloudFormation
Strong experience in Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IAC tools
Experience with AWS networking services like VPC, Subnets, VPN, Direct Connect, and Cloud Connect
Familiarity with best practices for securing AWS resources and data
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
Manage and maintain AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and others
Ensure infrastructure is highly available, resilient, and cost-optimized
Set up and manage networking and connectivity solutions in AWS (e.g., VPC Peering, Direct Connect, VPN)
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and ensure robust security practices
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-native applications
Keep up to date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices, including learning AWS Cloud Connect services (if not already proficient)
Work on continuous improvements for monitoring, logging, and alerting for AWS-based services

Familiarity with AWS Cloud Connect services
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional)
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog
