Requirements

  • Proficient in AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and services
  • Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and CloudFormation
  • Strong experience in Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or other IAC tools
  • Experience with AWS networking services like VPC, Subnets, VPN, Direct Connect, and Cloud Connect
  • Familiarity with best practices for securing AWS resources and data
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
  • Manage and maintain AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and others
  • Ensure infrastructure is highly available, resilient, and cost-optimized
  • Set up and manage networking and connectivity solutions in AWS (e.g., VPC Peering, Direct Connect, VPN)
  • Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and ensure robust security practices
  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement cloud-native applications
  • Keep up to date with the latest AWS technologies and best practices, including learning AWS Cloud Connect services (if not already proficient)
  • Work on continuous improvements for monitoring, logging, and alerting for AWS-based services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Connect services
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog
