- Proven track record of success in a sales or account executive role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
- Previous experience in the Finance or Accounting industry is a plus.
- B.A, B.S or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound leads generated through various marketing channels promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales expertise to recommend suitable solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Employ effective sales techniques to nurture and move prospects through the pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and responsiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and maintaining regular contact to assess ongoing needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of finally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and the competitive landscape to position finally’s offerings effectively.
- Continuously develop a deep understanding of our products and their value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to align strategies, share valuable insights, and improve the overall customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer within finally, providing feedback on customer preferences, pain points, and suggestions for product improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Finance or Accounting industry is a plus.
