Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and positive environment for every guest.
- Providing excellent knowledge of the beverage menu items to guests by offering vivid descriptions of the origin, taste, and preparation methods.
- Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role with a luxury or upscale restaurant is a plus; 1-2 years preferred.
