Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field
- Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision
- Must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
Responsibilities
- Supervise the outpatient personnel in the Lawton office
- Report to the Director of Outpatient Services
- Oversee outpatient clinical personnel in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Develop and oversee a clinical supervision model to ensure the fidelity of evidence-based practices
- Provide continuing education tailored to the clinical needs of the community and individuals served
- Implement new treatment models that are consistent with ODMHSAS priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference to candidates meeting Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) status as defined in Title 43A 1-103(11)
- Preference is given to licensed applicants
- Preference will be given to current JTCMHC employees
