Requirements
- Current Florida 2-15 License or willingness to obtain
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in presenting to large audiences both in-person and virtually
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
- Support the producers with all aspects of open enrollment activities
- Collaborate with account managers and the graphic design team to create annual employee-facing benefit guides
- Deliver both virtual and in-person open enrollment presentations to clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical insurance knowledge and industry experience
