Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possesses a bachelor’s degree (or, in lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of food and beverage management experience).
- Familiarity with Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and hands-on experience with Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) management.

- Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and engage with the team on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences throughout the night.
- Manage and place nightly orders for all bars, ensuring accuracy in Cost of Goods Sold (COGs) and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring the right staffing levels to meet the needs of the business during overnight shifts.
- Lead and support the beverage team, fostering a positive and productive environment that encourages growth and high performance.
- Work closely with Assistant Shift Managers to provide coaching on inventory management and operational processes, helping them grow in their roles and excel in their responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably with at least two years of experience in managing any food and beverage concept.
- Experience working in a casino environment is a plus!
- Experience working with a unionized team is a plus.
- Preferably experienced managing at least 40+ team members in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
